Eglė has ten-year experience as communications expert. She has been working in the public relations area in the private sector of Lithuania, followed by a traineeship at the European Parliament and work at one of the international organisations in Brussels.

Eglė has graduated from the Vilnius University, Faculty of Philosophy acquiring a bachelor degree in sociology. At the Faculty of Communication of the same university Eglė studied international communication and acquired master degree in information and communication.
